1 Overview
The NGW-QJ planetary gear reducer is a specialized reducer designed based on the NGW planetary gear reducer. It not only retains the main advantages of the original NGW standard (J81799-76), but is also suitable for installation in situations where radial loads are directly transmitted at an angle to the horizontal line. This reducer is mainly used in the main transmission reducer of cement machinery ball mills, and can also be used as other similar transmission devices.
This reducer has the following advantages:
(1) This reducer has a small volume and light weight. High load-bearing capacity, long service life, and smooth operation. Advantages such as low noise, and both input and output shaft ends can withstand large radial loads;
(2) Working environment temperature: 40-45 ℃;
(3) Input speed: ≤ 1500r/min
(4) Transmission efficiency: η=0.94-0.96;
(5) Working tilt angle: 45 ° -55 ° (as shown in Figure 3-27);

When selecting NGW-S planetary reducer, the calculation should be based on the following formula according to the usage conditions:
